Eat: The Word Says it All

If you’re looking for a decent brunch place in Las Vegas without forking over an arm and a leg for brunch, head over to Eat. This industrially decorated restaurant is where the locals go. Don’t let the looks of this place fool you. The food is delicious! Using fresh, local ingredients, one bite and you’ll be hooked!
I got the cinnamon biscuits to start. These homemade biscuits are topped with powdered sugar and a warm strawberry compote that is to die for! The strawberries are so fresh that their natural sweetness shines through.
Next came La’ Kat’s deviled eggs. The eggs are deep fried AND topped with bacon. Heart attack in one bite but well worth every scrumptious bite.
The corned beef hash topped with two poached eggs and sourdough toast was also delicous.
After reading the word truffle on the menu, all else didn’t matter. We had to get the truffled egg sandwich. Two scrambled eggs with mushrooms, chives, feta and bacon are sandwiched between ciabatta doused with truffle oil. This was one of the most heavenly breakfast sandwiches you’ll ever try.
